What started as an internal corporate technology department over 13 years ago evolved into something much bigger. As we grew and engaged with customers across different industries, we recognized a much larger opportunity: the need for a scalable platform capable of supporting any service, anywhere.
In 2019, 4insite was founded by three partners, with SBM Management becoming the platform’s primary user. At the time, it supported just over 1,000 users and included 8 core features. Today, 4insite powers custom operational solutions across more than 1,600 unique locations, with over 70 features used daily by more than 15,000 users.
